A few weekends ago we were able to tag along with my parents to Palm Dessert for the tennis tournament.
It was SO MUCH FUN!
I had no idea how big of a deal this sporting event was.
We got to the hotel late Sunday night and decided we needed a treat so we went down to the lobby restaurant and ordered a sunday.
It was ridiculously huge! but so good!
Monday morning I got a good workout in (love me a nice hotel gym)
The boys golfed and my mom and I hung out by the pool.
The weather was so perfect!
That afternoon we headed to the tennis tournament.
I had no idea that there are like 20 courts and games going on the whole time.
Some of them require specific tickets but most have general admission seating.
We even saw Nadal practicing!
Oh and they have good restaurants. We had the most amazing pizza.
It's kind of like a rich mans/europeans fair. With lots of tents full of samples and tennis gear. But instead of funnel cakes they have fancy coffee and crepes.
I think I had a stomach ache both nights from eating too much.
The next morning we had breakfast at Wilma and Friedas. It was so yummy!
Then we headed back to the babies. Thanks Kenz and Becs for babysitting.
Palm Dessert it such a perfect little getaway!
