At the end of April we were supposed to have a girl's weekend with my grandma in Palm Springs at her house but it was still getting remodeled so we just did one in La Canada at my parents. My sister-in-law and little sister Kenzie came down from Utah.
Friday morning we went shopping at the mart (sample sales) in Downtown LA and scored! I haven't shopped there since having Jimmy, I forgot how good it was. After we had lunch at Grand Central Market and it was amazing! They had my favorite ice cream McConnells! heaven on earth. We got a bunch of different food and shared. That night Case and I went to a Dodger game with my best friend Ariana and her boyfriend.
Saturday we went to the farmer's market in the morning and the dodger game again (just girls!) It was so much fun to spend time with just my sisters and mom. Having a break from the kids is nice because we can actually all talk to each other!
Monday we all went to Universal Studios. My brother Trent came at that time. Girl's weekend was over. My mom got us passes from Costco for cheaper than a day ticket is. We went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and had some yummy Butterbeer. I was obsessed with HP in high school and so was my sister-in-law Ray so we loved it!
We visited my Grandpa on Sunday at his Rehab (he broke his hip) But is doing great!
