Baby Chase Fall Wish List

I have a problem with buying baby clothes. It's funny how when you have a baby you don't even care about buying yourself clothes. It's way more fun to buy little clothes! Plus Chase always needs clothes cause is he a growing boy! So I can always get the next size up. I wish some baby clothes weren't so expensive though. Here are some of my favorites lately. Pricey and cheap options...

Trader Joes

Those who live in Utah know the excitement of recently having Trader Joes in this great state. The bad part is that it is located all the way up by the University of Utah. Which is a solid hour drive away. It's not even close to the freeway! I mean at least can they just put one in Sandy or Draper???!?! I think someday they will. They still sell out of stuff because it's so popular. So it is just a matter of time till we get one closer....hopefully :) 

So I just thought I would do a little post on my favorite things from Trader Joes. I probably only go up there a couple of times a month but when I do I stock up on all my favorites. SO here they are!

I love to use this to marinate salmon or chicken. It also works great to stir-fry veggies. 

This stuff comes frozen. Two in one box. I love to put agave on it with fruit. 

These are so good! Salty and sweet. 

I buy like 4 of these whenever I go. It's my favorite pasta sauce ever! 

These are my go-to lunch when I'm at home all day. They are just as good as the best mexican restaurant in CA. I  pour salsa on top sometimes. 

Such an easy dinner! I add frozen shelled edamame and serve over brown rice. 

Popcorn is my favorite snack ever. This is a healthy one too!

I love sourdough. And for some reason it is so so hard to find good sourdough in Utah. I usually freeze this loaf  and save for later. 

This stuff is so good on the sourdough toast!

These are so little and cute. Perfect for a snack with some crackers. 

These are a great appetizer if you are having a little party at your house. I could honestly eat the whole box!

So there is my list!! Sorry it is so long. It could keep going on and on. There aren't too many sweet things. I try to avoid those because there are too many to even name at Trader Joes!

goodbye PLATO'S CLOSET. hello NAME DROPPERS!

I usually don't do posts like this but I just wanted to get this info out there. So, as we all know, Plato's Closet is the biggest joke ever. They never take the good stuff. The only clothes they ever buy from me are from Forever 21 or Target. I do not get them at all. And the most money I ever get from there is on average around $12.oo. Plus, you have to walk around and look at lame, ugly clothes while you wait. It would be nice if they at least had cute stuff to buy at reasonable prices.....WELL, I have found a solution. Its location is not the greatest but if you are ever in the Salt Lake area you need to visit Name Droppers. This was my first time there so I did not bring anything to sell but I did find some great stuff. All their clothes are name brand designs that you would find at stores like Anthropologie, Nordstrom or Lohmanns. Most of their clothes still has the tags and they have a huge clearance section in the back. Another plus is that the girls who work there are really helpful and way nice, unlike the sassies at Platos. Here are some pictures of what I found. and click here for the Name Droppers site

So, since I have been watching the news every morning now that I am married and officially am an adult, I have been learning so many new things. Like this morning they were talking about cheap trends. I would not call all these websites "cheap" shopping, but they are way cute and I did not even know that some exist. So here you go !
