HOME VIDEO: California Central Coast Trip

The first week of February Casey and I took a trip (just the two of us!) for our anniversary. 

We have never left BOTH kids so it was a big deal!

It was just what we needed. Some one-on-one time, eating meals without kids, exploring this beautiful state we call home, cruising down the coast with the windows down, hiking to waterfalls, sleeping in a yurt above the ocean and eating some yummy food!

I will do a detailed post later of our itinerary.

We flew up to Utah in June for a family reunion with my cousins on my Dad's side of the family in Heber at this lodge. Then we spent a few days with Casey's family. It was so pretty when we were there!!

Here is the video I made of the wedding. I wish I would have gotten more footage. It is super short. Oh well! It was too hard to have a crazy toddler running around and both of us in the bridal party. At least I had enough to make a little movie!

I've been on a roll lately making movies! I remembered to take the GoPro to Utah with us a couple weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. Chase has probably already seen this video 10 plus times. He loves watching himself and naming all of his cousins :)

Today I finished up a short home movie of Chase at 18 months. It's crazy how time flies when you have a toddler! As you will see Chase is quite a busy boy. We just got back from Utah and hopefully I can finish up making that movie this week! In the meantime enjoy this one :)

Look Who's Walking!

Yes you guessed it! Chase started walking a couple of weeks ago. Just a few short weeks after his first birthday! He is still half crawling half walking but making lots of progress. He realizes now that he can reach things he couldn't before…we are in trouble! I made a short video of my little man in his moments of glory. Enjoy!

Home Video: Anderson Girl's Trip San Francisco 2014

This last weekend my mom took my sisters and I to San Francisco for the weekend. We have been talking about a girl's trip for years and we finally made it happen! We pretty much ate our way through the city with some biking, walking, shopping and doing lots of touristy things in between. Thank you mom for the awesome trip!

Chase's birth story video!

I made this video for Casey for Father's Day and surprised him. He loved it! I'm just trying out iMovie and I'm not very good. Hopefully this isn't my first movie and I will get better. Sorry if this is a little bit cheesy. The first song is one that used to always be on the radio when I was trying to get pregnant (it took 1.5 years). So I thought it was fitting for this video ( I know it's cheesy). But I thought I would share!

Lately I have been watching Ellen pretty much every single day. I look forward to when 3pm rolls around. Chase usually eats around then so I plop myself in front of the tv ready to be entertained. With out fail Ellen does just that for me. This clip is from one of the games she played on her show the other day. It was so funny I actually made Casey watch it when he came home from work.
