PLAYA DEL CARMEN: President's Club 2016

In the beginning of April we went to Mexico with Casey's work! Casey is in sales and if they hit their year quota they make "President's Club" which qualifies them for a trip with the company! Last year they did a Caribbean Cruise and we didn't go because Jimmy was so little. The year before we did this same exact trip! It was kinda nice going back to the same place because we had no surprises. We totally knew what to expect and it was super relaxing!

It's kind of like a week of adult summer camp. It's an adults only resort and it is all inclusive which is so nice and easy! We basically just slept in, ate lots of good food, got a few workouts in (I love hotel gyms and having no time schedule), got massages in town one day, went zip-lining/cenoting, played beach volleyball and laid by the pool/beach.

I'm so grateful for my man Case and how hard he works so we can go on awesome trips!
Viva La Mexico!

 mango- coconut gelato!

best chips ever!!!!!! in our room by the mini bar :)

lunch alone while casey golfed...so heavenly

The mango there is AMAZING. we had crepes every morning :)

My favorite part: Fresh juice made custom (pineapple, carrot, apple)

So all the rooms with king beds were full so we had two queens and we asked them to put them together ...so we had a mega bed!!

We BOUGHT A HOUSE! and My 28th Birthday

After lots of negotiation and a SUPER STRESSFUL month of March, we were able to purchase the house we are renting from our landlords. March was kind of the worst. Buying a house is probably one of the most stressful things in life. Besides being on bedrest and having contractions when you shouldn't....
We closed on my BIRTHDAY!
It was pretty perfect.
It's so nice to own and not rent again.
We were really spoiled in Utah with pretty much always owning our home. Since we have lived in this house for a year we know exactly what we want to do to it. We already replaced all the appliances in the kitchen because the stove broke the weekend before we closed....of course.
and we bought flowers right away to beautify the front yard :)

For my birthday Casey arranged for me to get a massage at Burke Williams and I stayed there for 5 hours! just enjoying all the amenities. It was pretty great.
That night we went to Salt Creek Grille and I had the best steak of my life!
